STEPHANIE PARRY

EVP Client Management, Jellyfish

Stephanie is EVP Client Management at Jellyfish, where she ensures that the agency’s clients get best-in-class partnership, and the best of Jellyfish's creative, media and data tools and talents to solve their business challenges. She is charged with building and driving the global client management community, which is the beating heart of Jellyfish’s culture. Stephanie also supports and champions Jellyfish innovation designed to solve future-facing client problems, such as sustainability carbon dashboards and the agency’s GenAI transformation proposition. She also works with SheUnit, the global employee resource group (ERG) for those who identify as women, to ensure Jellyfish keeps DEI and gender equality ambitions at the forefront.


Stephanie has more than 17 years’ global experience in both large multi-market organisations and running high-growth SMEs, both B2B and B2C, in the UK, US and France.


She is passionate about creating equitable and inclusive company policies. Prior to joining Jellyfish, Stephanie spent almost two years as Managing Director of Shine For Women, which worked with world-leading businesses and organisations to accelerate gender equality. Before that, she was Global Managing Director and Managing Partner at Mindshare in New York for three years, and prior to that, she spent three years as Global Media Director at Red Fuse Communications, also in New York.


She has navigated several successful transformations, from revamping a gender-equality-led SME to rolling out new global marketing visions for multiple Fortune 500 companies, including BlackRock and Colgate-Palmolive, in highly regulated environments.


Stephanie is currently undertaking the University of Cambridge Business Sustainability Management programme, and outside of work, she is passionate about theatre, particularly small independent venues. She also writes children's books in her spare time.
