The Black Tech-xellence List 2026

Honouring our communities across adtech, martech and media

This Black History Month, we set out to shine a light on the people quietly and not so quietly changing our industry for the better. We asked our community to nominate the Black individuals and organisations across adtech, marketing and media who are championing representation, building brilliant businesses, and opening doors for the people coming up behind them.

The result is this list. It is not exhaustive, and it was never meant to be a ranking. It is a collection of stories about people who chose to show up for their communities, often without asking for recognition in return. This year's theme is Honouring Our Communities, and every name below embodies exactly that.

Here they are, in no particular order.
